Resort Week: The Perfect Day to Evening Dress
A winter vacation to a very warm destination looks so good just about now. With snow in the forecast for New York, a girl needs a cool breeze, hot sun, a calm beach and a margarita ASAP! I’m inspired to head to Puerto Rico or Miami for a quick getaway before New York Fashion Week and have already packed my bags. I am loving this red floral caftan frock from ASOS as the perfect day to night dress while on vacation.
The dress goes from size 0 to 14 but it’s very roomy so size down (solid red version here). It comes with a slip dress, which you can substitute for any other slip in your closet if it’s too tight. The size 14 can comfortably fit a size 18/20 sans slip. It’s such a gorgeous piece and retails for $87 on ASOS. My shoes are the Tabitha Simmons Avary sandals. They are such a dream and currently on sale.
