The Dolce & Gabbana Fall 2012 collection was a big hit among celebrities and magazine editors. For the past several months, we’ve seen pieces from the collection grace red carpets and magazine covers and editorials. One coat in particular, the Capped Coat, which came in black and camel with the option of black buttons or jewelry embellished buttons, has made its rounds on countless celebrities. Three British have all worn this articular coat and all have styled it differently.
We start with Princess Beatrice, who wore the camel caped coat during Christmas day church services with the royal family. Beatrice accessorized the coat with black opaque tights, black booties, a Rosie Olivia beret hat and a pair of gorgeous long black leather gloves.
Dame Helen Mirren wore the black version of the Dolce & Gabbana coat at the 2013 Jameson Empire Awards, held in London this past weekend. She of course, wore a floral Dolce & Gabbana dress underneath and polished off her look with black opaque tights, long black leather gloves and black peep-toe pumps.
Actress Laura Haddock wore the camel coat, with black button, to the Prince’s Trust and Success Awards, held at the Odeon Leicester Square. Laura wore what looked to be white long sleeved top and black skirt underneath and completed her look with sheer black tights and black pumps.
So who wore this caped coat best? My money is on Laura. How about you? Leave a comment below.
