I’ve attended the Diet Coke Heart Truth Red Dress Collection runway show for the past four years, and each time walk away with motivation to get healthy and take better care of myself, specifically my heart. So when Diet Coke asked me to be one of a few Digital Correspondents for this year’s Red Dress Collection runway show, I jumped at the chance to be a voice to my peers and readers, a majority of whom are women.
With actress Minka Kelly as its ambassador, this year’s Heart Truth Red Dress campaign aims to not only educate women about heart health, but also to raise pertinent funds to for the Foundation at the National Institute of Health to fund women’s heart health programs, education and treatment. With your support, Diet Coke will donate up to $100,000 to the Foundation. Helping is as simple as posting a message on Instagram and Twitter with the hashtag #ShowYourHeart.
