British Models Go For Gold in Olympic Themed Spread for Vogue UK

With British fashion taking the stage since the addition of Kate Middleton into the royal family, it was only appropriate to highlight luminaries catapulting the British fashion industry to the forefront.  For the closing ceremony of the Olympics this past Sunday, Naomi Campbell, Kate Moss, Georgia May Jagger, Karen Elson, Stella Tennant, Lily Cole, Lily Donaldson, David Gandy and Jourdan Dunn took a turn on the runway to David Bowie’s Fashion.

Vogue UK was asked to immortalize with moment in an editorial spread to be featured in its September issue.  Shot by photorapher Nick Knight and stlyed by Vogue fashion director Lucinda Chambers, the images show the models wearing Alexander McQueen, Erdem, Christopher Kate, Burberry and Vivienne Westwood.  Both Kate Moss and Noami Campbell wear Alexander McQueen shoes but different old dresses.
