Gossip Girl returns this Fall with explosive episodes chronicling the lives of the Upper East Side elite. We all want to know what happens to Chuck and Blair, Serena and Dan and the crazy antics of Serena’s fake cousin Charlie, who is coming back with a twist this season. Of course the juicy drama keeps us entertained week after week but what girls covet most is the uber glamourous fashion donned by both the heroines and villains of the show. Though much of the wardrobe on Gossip Girl is out of reach for the average viewer, some accessories are within reason, particularly hoseiry. Last season, yours truly coveted much of Serena van der Woodsen and Blair Waldorf’s patterned hoseiry, most of which were by DKNY. The brand announced a collaboration with the show’s costume designer Eric Daman to create a capsule collection that launches this month.
The collection of eight styles, full tights and knee high styles, will be used in the show but women and girls everywhere can channel their inner Serena or Blair with these Fall staples. Just in time for back-to-school, the Eric Daman x DKNY Hosiery Capsule collection will be available at Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom, DKNY and DKNY.com and retail for $15 to $24. We’re predicting Serena in the knee highs and Blair in the flower printed pair with some fabulous shoes and an ultra luxe coat to match.
