Blinged out Chanel No. 5 bottle to adorn Paris Museum

December 28, 2010

Paris’ Musée d’Orsay gets a face life in the new year with some bling in January 2011. Chanel iconic No. 5 perfume flacon will adorn the outside exterior of the museum.  Workers will adorn 2,890 square feet of the museum’s exterior with 1,200 hand-assembled sequins.  That’s a lot of bling but we’re not complaining.  Parisians can enjoy the view starting January 6 until the 28th. Can you imagine how many bottles of Chanel No. 5 would fit into a bottle that big?
