The Aldo Spring/Summer 2010 collection just hit stores and its online boutique. Already a favorite among celebrities and ordinary fashionistas like myself, Aldo is praised for providing affordable yet durable and trendy of the moment collections season after season; this time around is no different. I already see a lot of high end designer inspired looks that I am certain to see on the streets of Washington.
Aside from the obvious Jimmy Choo jelly flats, Prada’s lucite and plex shoes and accessories inspire the Aldo collection with a few crystal sandals, leather fused with plastic sandals and a few other shoes that Aldo has made its own. I am tempted to buy the clogs, which were inspired by Chanel’s spring runway shoes and buying some fabric flowers from EmersonMade and gluing it to the shoe to make Chanel-inspired clogs for the spring.
