Listen up fashionistas, there’s nothing you want that Target will never be able to give you. Jean Paul Gaultier’s collaboration with Target Go International hasn’t even sunk in, yet the company is planning a roll out of Zac Posen for Target in April. The Go Internationl brand has done a great job of giving babes on a budget access to high end designers. For Zac Posen’s Target collection, he reinvented some of his iconic pieces; Naomi Campbell’s trumpet dress gets new life for the Target audience. Floral prints, flattering cuts and frocks that are flirty and fun are synonymous with Zac Posen.
“We made the ruffles detachable, like a Judy Garland apron,” says Zac Posen. “You can wear it as a skirt over the dress; undo it and drape it over your shoulders à la Cristóbal Balenciaga; or if you don’t want any frou, take it off and you have a sexy date dress.”
The Zac Posen for Target Go International collection will be available at Target stores and at Target.com from April 25 through May 30.
