Washingtonians fashionable set celebrated the grand opening of Corte Salon, a chic zen-like salon and spa nestled in a three level row house on the 1000 block of U Street in Washington, DC. The event, held at Lima Lounge on K Street, featured a swimwear fashion show.
The Wizards cheerleaders, who looked AMAZING, modeled swimsuits by Dar Be Dar by Tala Raasi and jewelry by Evelyn Brooks.
I decided to have a little bit of fun with my outfit since I was the mistress of ceremonies. I paired an 80’s style strapless Ali Ro dress with one glove (a la Michael Jackson), played up my eyes and went the Beyonce route with a towering hair style. I really felt like I was…well…MAKEDA FIERCE!!!
