Fashion designer Lauren Conrad stepped up to the plate this past February during L.A. Fashion Week with a breath taking collection that shut the critics (uhmm Heidi..) up. Her darling collection featured dresses and skirts that resonated her beach girl lifestyle. My favorite from her collection was a perfectly constructed strapless black and white dress. Lauren Conrad’s collection is very chic and will be a staple for many fashionistas. What I love about most of her collection is that you can dress it up or down with a few accessories not to mention that most of her clothes are affordable.
How can you find her collection “breathtaking”? These silhouettes, cuts, shapes, and designs have all been done before by better designers with solid construction while having reasonable prices. There is absolutely no form of innovation that sets her apart from mediocre designers. Lauren Conrad’s collection can definitely be seen as a staple in a woman’s closet, but you can find the same designs for better quality outside her “reality-tv-turned-designer” world.
All I can say is that I couldn’t agree with you more. Definately this collection can be seen in a staple in most womens closets but what blows my mind is as I look at all of the collections on her webpage im thinking “yes very cute, but I’ve seen it all before” and the pricing is not reasonable at all…Be creative…try something new
I think the person above me doesnt know what there talkin about. I love her collection its her own original style. And if you want reasonable pricing shop at target.
I love the collection! I purchased one of the pieces in FL. LOVE IT! Anyone who does not like the pieces needs their head examined! The collection is truly quality work! Hopefully, she will continue to produce great pieces!
This line is beautiful, classy, and sexy. Anyone who hates on the line is jealous and probably can’t fit into the clothes. This line shows women that are confident and who like to look good.
all of the items from LC’s line have been seen in the sale rack at F21. her collection is not inspiring and is ridiculously overpriced. in my opinion, i don’t think any of it is worth a shot. basic economics… why would you buy a $200 dress when right down the street you could get the same one for $100?
it is indeed breathtaking and i love it!
