Fashion designer Elise Overland knows a thing or two about what women want. The New York designer’s collection is for the fun and fearless chica who isn’t afraid to go to the dark side. Overlands collection boasts sheer fabrics, leather, badass tights, lacey dresses and silky dresses. Since her first collection in 2006, the former stagewear designer who’s designed for rockers like Steven Tyler has brought us nothing but the best in sexy sophisticates.
From cropped leather jackets to chiffon and lace dresses and frilly frocks, Øverland is taking the New York fashion world by storm. Here is one of my favorite looks from her current collection. A simple black strapless dress is vamped up with long layered bead necklaces and fierce heels.
Make sure you play up the eyes with eye liner and dark make-up but keep the lips nude or just a sheer stain.
