Guess opened its flagship store on Fifth Avenue with a media preview party last night. The 13,000 square feet store holds an impressive collection of shoes, clothing and accessories for men and women. The first floor is primarily the women’s floor, housing a denim bar, a shoe and jewelry section as well as clothes on the other side of the vast space. Th second floor is for the gentlemen but one part of the space holds swimwear and summery staples, which will give women an excuse to scope out the scene. Adoring the men’s department are sexy oversized leather chairs for clients to relax while trying on shoes and accessories.
The brightly lit two floor boutique, now opened to the public, houses special and exclusive fixtures including chain chandeliers made by a local artist, metal mannequins and a Guess emblem made of more than 1000 jean buttons. The store is located at 575 5th Avenue.
