My Thoughts: The opulence of the Byzantine era comes to life in Karl Lagerfeld’s collection for Chanel. Full of elegance and glamour, Chanel Pre-Fall is wearable art. I am at a loss for words seeing dark rich hues ablaze with gold jewelry and elaborate embroidery.
I see my friend’s mom picking up every single item in the Chanel Pre-Fall collection for her travels to Dubai. This collection is not for the woman who takes a backseat of fashion and blends in easily. It’s for the woman who wants to exude luxury, elegance and sophistication without saying a word. Blake Lively and Diane Kruger will surely be debuting a few of the pieces on red carpets soon.
