Good style is so easy to recognize. I met Katerina Slominskaya on Sunday night at the Crooked Monkey warehouse party and couldn’t help but compliment her on her chic and no fuss ensemble. Appropriately dressed for a party for a t-shirt company, I couldn’t help but gush over her below the knee graphic print dress.
Her look is so effortless. The dress is by Buenos Aires designer Maria Vasquez. You can’t buy it in the State but Katerina told me she’s trying to introduce the designer to American fashionistas. Don’t her shoes look familiar? Yup! Those are the Christian Dior Extreme gladiators made famous by Carrie Bradshaw in the first Sex and the City movie.
The clutch is by Jill Stuart. A little rock and roll with the chains compliment the Dior gladiators.
