i-D First Magazine is following in the footsteps of Italian Vogue with a women of color issue. Sessilee Lopez and Chanel Iman are joined by Arlenis Sosa Pena and Jourdan Dunn on the September 2009 cover. The four beauties look stunning in all black with leather glovers and hair pulled back.

I absolutely love the bold and bright eye shadow colors and deep plum and red lipsticks used on the models. It’s a bold statement that can be toned down a little bit for the modern woman who to wants to flirt with color on their eyes, lips and face this season.
