The Strut into Spring event at Wink Boutique on Wednesday went so well. Despite the rain and the dreary weather, many of you Glamazons made it to Georgetown to celebrate Wink’s 5th year anniversary and got some tasty treats and bubbly in the process.
I truly enjoyed meeting all of you and am very appreciative of all the support. The event was a big success and the turnout was incredible.
Thanks to Georgetown Cupcake and Tattoo bar for providing champagne, cupcakes and an after party venue for us to continue the festivities.
I would also like to thank my co-host Paul Wharton for being such a fabulous host and Paige for being able to have such a great time while giving the readers and fans a preview of what’s in store for spring.
A loud round of applause goes out to Ashley, Jaclyn, Josie, Courtney and Amanda for being such fabulous models and looking chic in all the spring frocks. If you missed the event, check out the fashion show video below.
Wondering what each lady is wearing? Here is a recap.
Jaclyn is wearing a gorgeous strapless sailor dress by Love Yaya and a statement necklace by Kendra Scott.
Josie is looking fab in a yellow and black strapless frock from Laila Azhar and turqoise earrings. Ladies don’t be afraid of mixing complimentary colors. The turqouise earrings brighten up Josie’s face. This dress would be perfect for Gold Cup. Make sure you check out the exposed zipper, which can be seen in the video above.
Courtney shines in a pink, white, chocolate and green embroided sheath dress by Milly. What I love about this dress is the low v-neck back. Adding big earrings and a bold cuff will complete this ensemble.
Ashley can do no wrong in this versatile black and white dress by Theory. Ashley dresses up the outfit with metallic heels and a metallic bag by Lauren Merkin. You can dress it down a bit with gladiator flats and a long silver necklace.
