Chanel, New Kid on the Block

Chanel opened it’s boutique in London’s Dover Street Market this week. This is the first time the fashion house will make its products available at the “fashion emporium.” Chanel will offer ready-to-wear, shoes and accessories from its Métiers d’Arts Paris-Londres collection. The temporary boutique will run from now until June 26. Chanel will also sell a selection of fashions and accessories from its main collection. . “It’s sophisticated and expensive clothing for the rich punk,” Karl Lagerfeld said of the Paris-Londres collection. “The tone is at the same time post-modern and romantic.”
