Burberry Prorsum has successfully been reinvented with the creative genious of Christopher Bailey, the design house’s newest star. Bailey has reinvented the brand and catapulted it into the 21st century while still holding true to the standards of Burberry. Prorsum is Latin for moving forward so it’s no wonder that the lux brand is moving foreword in a direction that old fans still embrace while still capturing the imagination of young fashionistas new to the brand.
I saw this bag on the runway during fashion week and couldn’t take my eyes off of it. The Burberry Prorsum Alligator Warrior bag is a sight for sore eyes. The lux bag is made in rich alligator skin with metal studs encrusted all over the bag. This bag is not one bit stuff or intimidating. The drawstring is so fresh and updated on the bag. The bag is a must have but at $22,000, I definitely cannot afford that. However, I give it a two thumbs up.
