One of my past times growing up was bum rushing Potomac Mills Mall after school to look for sales at Nordstrom Rack and Banana Republic. To kill time after my shopping sprees, I would venture in to Bath and Body Works or The Body Shop to play with all the decadent lotions and sweet smelling body sprays. I would get lost for hours in a sea of freesia and peonies and dream of moonlit nights. I usually emerged from the stores smelling as though I had been marinating in a sea of flowers for what seemed like eternity.
I have gotten a lot older now and what hasn’t changed is my love of bargains and outlet shopping. I don’t go to the Body Shop (TBS) or Bath and Body Works as much but when I do, I always find some great new products. I was at The Body Shop this weekend looking for some new lotions and bath products. I usually do not buy make-up products from TBS but I guess today was a little different. I discovered a cute little concealer pencil that I am loving right now.
You see,I broke out from God know what this weekend so I needed something to cover up my imperfections. The concealer pencil from TBS is not your average pencil. Normally, I would choose a concealer from a tube; however, the creamy texture of this wax-baded concealer was perfect. Application was easy; it blended effortlessly and surprisingly, matched my complextion. At just $10, this is a steal. It got the job done in less than 5 minutes. The product also conceals redness and blemishes. If you are looking for a lightweight concealer that will not clog your pores, try the Body Shop Concealer pencil. It come in eight shades and best of all, it is environmentally friendly. The key ingredients are organic beeswax, vitamin E, jojoba oil, and marula oil.
