It’s been almost two years since I purchased my Ikea Hemnes dresser, in white no less. I remember friends telling me to buy the stained white version because it repelled stains a lot more than the plain white version. It’s been almost two years and my Hemnes dresser looks fairly new thanks to some savvy upkeep.

Thankfully, I figured out a very easy solution to erasing those stains on my non-lacquered furniture, returning them to their original color.
