Gucci is adding another scent to it’s men’s fragrance collection called “Made to Measure pour Homme,” that will compliment its women’s perfume Gucci Premiere. The Italian brand has tapped longtime brand ambassador James Franco to be the face of the perfume.
Gucci Made to Measure Pour Homme is intended to compliment the finely tailored made-to-measure items available in Gucci flagships around the globe. With notes of refined leather and rich spices, the fragrance tailors itself to the man who wears it.
The fragrance has notes of Calabrian bergamot, Tunisian orange blossom, French lavender and aniseed and balanced out by labdanum, patchouli, leather and amber. It’s housed in a sleek, clear glass bottle topped with a gold flacon with the signature Gucci horsebit. Available at Harrod’s first this month, then Macy’s in mid-July, the product will retail for $68 for the 50ml bottle. Auxiliary items will include shower gel, cologne, after shave and deodorant.
Drive director Nicolas Winding Refn shot the campaign commercial featuring actor James Franco. The accompanying images for print and online were shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott.
