Converse has partnered with Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Porducts to launched the first-ever footwear collection with the longest running scripted show in television history, The Simpsons. Its the first time the show has collaborated with a footwear brand giving generations who grew up on The Simpsons another reason to love the hit cartoon.”The Simpsons Chuck Taylor All Star collection will feature custom graphics specially chosen for the collection in styles available for the entire family.”
Throughout its 25 seasons of antics the Simpsons franchise will feature each of the characters with their most iconic phrases. For the most part the men will enjoy the graphics designs placed on the shoes with Bart and Homer. The Homer sneaker includes a blue and black background, accented with Homer’s signature exclamation “D’oh!” on one side of the shoe, and “Woo Hoo!” on the other.
The Bart sneaker features Bart in one of the most iconic scenes writing, “I will not waste chalk,” on a black background resembling the notorious Springfield Elementary School chalkboard, accented with a bright yellow inside lining.
