It’s taken everything in me to keep mum about the new Coach collaboration with iconic French brand Saint James, which I got a preview of a few months ago at the Coach Pre-Fall preview. Now the embargo is off and I can tell you all about it. For those who don’t know of Saint James, they are the epitome of Parisian cool. They made the Breton stripe a must wear in the summer, you know the navy and white stripe shirts everyone wears in the summertime? This is one of the coolest collaborations this year and so worth the wait.
Included in the Coach x Saint James collection are striped clothing and accessories for both men and women. A maxi dress can be easily worn with the men’s windbreaker; the navy Breton stripe bikini is retro cool and can be worn with the Gatsby-esque Panama hat; and the bags and totes are so preppy, I’m itching to book my Hamptons summer share so I can carry my beach towel, juicy summer read and Eucerin sunscreen in there for a day on the beach. Prices range from $88 to $498 with something for everyone.
