The Jil Sander Navy fall collection borrowed from the boys. Gone were the frilly and feminine dresses we’ve seen in season’s past. Instead, the collection featured well tailored trousers that sat low at the hip, cropped wool jackets, cropped capes and tapered trousers with tuck pleats to elongate the leg. There were a few pieces reminiscent of our prep school days, including pleated skirts, button down shirts and easy cardigans.
