My love for By Malene Birger goes far beyond the fact that Kate Middleton is a big fan of the label. It’s because the level of sophistication in each piece is strong with finely tailored pieces that become instant classics. For fall 2013, it the collection for the Danish brand hit just the right note. There were swing tops with fur trim that channeled a 60s screen siren.
