30 Rock actress and comedienne Tina Fey stunned on the red carpet this evening at the 2013 Screen Actors Guild Awards, held at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, California this evening wearing a black strapless Oscar de la Renta gown. The Saturday Night Live alum cinched the waist of the gown with a silver jewel encrusted belt. Her silver clutch was also by Oscar de la Renta.
