White Collar hottie Matt Bomer looked extra fresh last night at the Creative Coalition Inauguration Gala as he sung the praises of President Barack Obama and his history making speech during the swearing in ceremony, especially the part where he identifies the LGBT community that stood up to the barrage of a police raid at the Stonewall Inn, a Greenwhich Village gay bar in 1969. The passage from the President’s speech below:
“We, the people, declare today that the most evident of truths, that all of us are created equal, is the star that guides us still, just as it guided our forebears through Seneca Falls, and Selma, and Stonewall, just as it guided all those men and women, sung and unsung, who left footprints along this great Mall, to hear a preacher say that we cannot walk alone, to hear a King proclaim that our individual freedom is inextricably bound to the freedom of every soul on Earth.”
The Texan actor, known for his boyish good looks, told reporters he’s working on several films that come out this year, including Superman: Unbound, Space Station 76 and Winter’s Tale. For his appearance at the Creative Coalition Inauguration Gala, he wore a double-breasted suit by Carolina Herrera with a wide lapel and completed the look with a navy bow-tie.
