President and Mrs. Obama, this morning, held an official welcoming ceremony for the British Prime Minister, David Cameron, and his wife Samantha. Welcoming the delegation were elected officials, British embassy officials, White House staff and celebrities, including some from the hit British series Downton Abbey.
Mrs. Obama, dressed in a pale blue suit by American designer Zac Posen, welcomed the British delegation along with her husband. She later removed the jacket to reveal a sheath dress and a bejeweled bird brooch by London based, Indian fashion designer Saloni Lodha.
Sitting front row at several London Fashion Week paid off for Mrs. Cameron, who was on trend with a colorblocked dress by British designer Roksanda Ilincic. She cinched the dress at the waist with what seems to be a dark green or black belt. She completed her look with a navy suede LK Bennett pumps.
