Christopher Kane once again dazzles at London Fashion Week with a collection inspired by the macabre and sinister Al Pacino gay serial-killer thriller, Cruising. Kane, known for his fantastical prints, did not disappoint, using black, purple and blue color palettes to get his point across. For example, he described the red used on some of his pieces to ‘a vial of blood.” The collection was tougher than what we saw for spring but yet still retained a feminine aesthetic with a bad girl streak. I see Carey Mulligan, Keira Knightley and Jessica Alba wearing many of these designs while promoting movies and shows.
