Lanvin’s Marry Me Parfum has been on my radar for two months now. I had a whiff of the romantic scent at Bar Basque when my friend Jennifer whisked looking as though she was floating on cloud nine. The elixir is a mix of Tunisian bitter orange and sensual sambac jasmine, which combine to create a fresh, feminine and romantic scent that’s not too sweet on the nose.
Jennifer told me that this is her date scent. Well with a very overt name like ‘Marry Me,’ why wouldn’t it be? This is the fragrance of dating and love and evokes romance and femininity. I was infatuated with the scent itself and the art deco flacon that houses it. Alber Elbaz put the finishing touch of a fuchsia satin bow on it to illustrate the perfume’s delicacy and romance. Lanvin Marry Me comes in a 30ML, 50ML and 75ML bottles that retail between $55 and $90.
HINT: For the boys reading this post, this perfume would be a not so overt but super cute way of proposing. Make sure you have a ring to accompany it though.
