The place to be last night was the Penthouse at the Dream Hotel, where Blackbook magazine threw a nice shindig to celebrate 15 years in print. Joining the celebration was cover boy and True Blood star Alexander Skarsgard, who I am absolutely smitten with. The gorgeous 35-year-old actor graciously obliged to taking photo with me, after a failed attempt the night before (my camera and blackberry died when I met him at the One Management 10th Anniversary party). Mr. Skarsgard is staring in the new movie Straw Dogs, the remake of Sam Peckinpah’s 1971 thriller of the same name, opposite Kate Bosworth and James Marsden. Side note: That black belt he always wears is by one of his favorite brands, Acne.
Who else was at the party? True Blood’s Kristen Bauer and her husband, Perez Hilton, Jared Eng, Estelle, Bryan Greenberg and Byrdie Bell.
