Happy Friday! I hope you celebrated International Women’s Day with pride. I was invited by JC Penney to fete the launch of their Boutique+ swimwear collaboration with plus size model Jessica Milagros at the rooftop pool of the Parker New York. I celebrated this empowering day with body positive influencers who were not afraid to flaunt their bodies in some of the cutest plus size swimwear collections to hit the department store shelves.
Jessica Milagros is the first plus size Latina model to land a national campaign with JCPenney and she came through with a stunning collection that flatters curvy figures. Each piece is specially-engineered for sizes 1x-3x and features adjustable straps, molded cups and power mesh. The collection drops today in select JC Penney stores with additional styles coming in April.
