Is this winter over yet? Ugh! I’ve been feeling like such a hermit crab these past few weeks as the cold weather wages a war against my colorful spring wardrobe. I know I complain a lot about hating New York weather but I cannot see myself living anywhere else. These days the weather forecast is my favorite TV show, full of suspense and intrigue. I’ve been living in my winter coats since November and I keep acquiring more because I get so bored with the same old black coat.
Out of all the coats I’ve been wearing this season, my camel coat has been a go to for almost every outfit in my closet. Although my ultimate coat splurge is the Max Mara camel coat, I love the options currently at some of my favorite fast fashion stores. In the front of my coat closet is the Eloquii x Katie Sturino Camel Coat, a lavish piece that has kept me warm. I went out to lunch with a few friends last week and took the opportunity to show my ankles off in my Louis Vuitton “love” loafers. Of course I kept everything else casual since we were just having coffee and a catch-up!
