Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s foray into design has been a successful and lucrative one. The highly lauded sisters have established their two brands, The Row and Elizabeth + James, into high end and contemporary labels coveted by A-listers and the rest of us. From shoes to accessories and those expensive rucksacks from a few seasons ago, everything they create turns to sold.
This spring, the Olsen sisters launch a new fragrance, ELIZABETH AND JAMES Nirvana. Developed in collaboration with KENDO, an LVMH brand incubator of new beauty brands, and Batallure Beauty, the two new scents are Nirvana Black and Nirvana White.
ELIZABETH AND JAMES Nirvana White is an alluring floral musk with notes of peony, muguet and musk, while ELIZABETH AND JAMES Nirvana Black is a sensual, woody scent with notes of violet, sandalwood and vanilla.
The beautiful flacons that house the scents are long, rectangular and textured with gold accents designed by the sisters. They were inspired by a vintage keepsake while the mirror detail was pulled from elements seen throughout the Elizabeth + James brand.
ELIZABETH AND JAMES Nirvana fragrances are each available in three different sizes – 30 ml ($55), 50 ml ($75), and a rollerball ($22), exclusively available at all SEPHORA stores and Sephora.com.
