Textured nail polish is trending this spring and leading the charge are Revlon, Ciate, and Nicole by OPI. The latter jut launched it’s limited edition Roughles (ruffles) – four textured pastel nail lacquers with speckled formulas in shades of purple, pink, turquoise and yellow. The Nicole by OPI ‘Roughles’ dries matte with a pebbled texture.
The limited edition Nicole by OPI ‘Roughles’ collection will be available March 2014 for $7.99 each.
