Paloma Faith is always a delight on the red carpet with her sartorial choices so it was no surprise to see her in a bejeweled cocktail dress by Dolce & Gabbana at the 2013 Brit Awards, held at the O2 Arena in London on Tuesday night. The British singer, who is a devotee of the Italian label, matched the jewels in her hair to the ones on the dress, opting for a jacquard clutch and nude platform pumps to complete her look. Paloma has a lot of fun with fashion. She chose bright pink lipstick and multicolored earrings to enhance the outfit even more.
