Monika Chiang drew inspiration from birds, aviation, and military uniforms for her Fall 2013 collection, which premiered at New York Fashion Week on Friday. The collection was full of military jackets, jumpsuits, and knits in olives, taupes, and royal blues.

Chiang also incorporated a lot of velvet, leather, and sheer fabrics into her pieces. The models rocked fairy embellished smokey eyes by Lancome and teased faux hawk ponytails by Aveeno.
