Alexandre Herchcovitch played with florals, satin and stripes for his fall 2013 ready to wear line. Crop tops and peplum skirts were in high demand on the Herchcovitch runway, while simultaneously adding wrap tops and ruffles for a little extra oomph. Oxford-esque pumps and small box clutches served as extra eye candy to the already delicious ensembles.  We applaud Herchcovitch’s lowered hemlines, showing that sexy doesn’t always have to mean showing too much skin.  The voluminous, knee grazing umbrella skirts in various patterns will be statement pieces come fall.
