Country singer Taylor Swift attended the 2013 NRJ Music Awards at Palais des Festivals last night in Cannes, France.  The Tennessee songbird wore a nude long-sleeve mini dress with plunging neckline and ornate beading from the Elie Saab Spring 2013 collection.  She accessorized with gold Jimmy Choo sandal heels, Ofira drop earrings and a ring by Lorraine Schwartz.
