Self-professed bad girl Rihanna is going to take London Fashion Week by storm by debuting her collaboration with British retailer River Island on Saturday, February 16.  The Rihanna x River Island Collection will showcase clothing and accessories designed by the R&B singer.

‘Launching at London Fashion Week is a dream come true for me. I have wanted to design my own collection for a long time and to present my collection for River Island alongside all of the other great design talent at LFW is a real privilege. I can’t wait to see the reaction from my fans and the fashion press!’ said Rihanna.

With her seventh studio album Unapologetic debuting at number 1 in the UK, the excitement for a Rihanna clothing line is infectious enough to cross over the Pond to the US.  With two fragrances under her belt and an upcoming clothing line, Rihanna is, in the words of Charlie Sheen, #WINNING.rihanna-river-island-photo-shoot-bts-570x570The only preview of the collection is via Rihanna herself, who posted a photo of her with models shooting the campaign. Mario Sorenti shot the campaign while the singer directed.  It feature British model Jordan Dunn and Sudanese-American model Ataui Deng.

The collection will go on sale online and in store on March 5th. For the US and Japan, the collection will be exclusively available at Opening Ceremony.
