Kelly Osbourne in Jenny Packham at 2013 Screen Actors Guild Awards

Kelly Osbourne channeled old-school Hollywood glamour in a beaded Jenny Packham gown straight off the runway for the 2013 Screen Actors Guild Awards, held at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles California.  She accessorized with jewelry by Kimberly McDonald. She tied the look together by putting her purple hair into a side parted chignon.
