Kate Mara wore a whimsical embellished cocktail dress by Peter Som to the Netflix “House of Cards” Series Premiere Screening in Washington, D.C. Mara balanced the mint green dress and all of it’s floral adornments with a fuchsia clutch and bronze open-toed platforms.
