Downton Abbey actress Lily James rocked a red Donna Karan gown to the National Television Awards held in London.  The brunette beauty wore nude pumps to compliment the red draped gown with a thigh high slit.  A red lip and soft waves in her hair completed her look. Wish she had added a cocktail ring or a bracelet for a bit of bling.  All in all, she stunned on the red carpet.
