Karl Lagerfeld Shoots Joan Smalls for Fendi

Model of the moment, Joan Smalls has nabbed the fall 2012 campaign for Fendi.  The African American model has been a favorite of Karl Lagerfeld, who chose her to star in the spring campaign for Chanel with Saskia de Brauw.  Coming off a successful editorial for W magazine, Joan fronts the Fendi fall campaign in a grey ensemble with a patchwork bag shot by Karl Lagerfeld himself.
