2. Pair Knee High and Over the knee boots with your midi and mini dresses
3. The trench coat is your best friend and a neutral piece. Wear it over your favorite dark denim jeans and a long sleeve tee or turtleneck sweater
4. Mix Colors: pair bold Bright colors and pastels with rich and jewel toned winter hues
5. Ditch the winter prints like fair aisle and Buffalo plaid for florals, polka dots and gingham.
6. Say buh-bye to the boots once the weather gets nicer and opt for mules and open toed shoes with heavier dresses and jeans.
7. Colorful tights and socks: Add a layer and personality to your outfit by wearing colorful tights and socks with dresses and pants (especially if you’re wearing open toed shoes)
8. Incorporate blazers as layering pieces into your looks. Pair them with pants, skirts and dresses.

We’re kicking off the month of March by celebrat We’re kicking off the month of March by celebrating women! We have made such huge strides and broken barriers in all sectors (politics, science, medicine, technology, philanthropy and business) yet there are still disparities and inequalities we experience every single day.
⚪️ America has its first women Vice President yet women are still under represented at all levels of political leadership. 𝐀𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝, 𝟐𝟑.𝟕% 𝐨𝐟 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬.

Here’s a sneak peek of my spring wardrobe!!! It’s going to be filled with breezy comfy dresses and billowy skirts of all lengths. This white dress from @hm can be dressed up or down but I’m most likely going to wear sneakers, flats and espadrilles with it.
Wore this outfit yesterday for a jaunt into Manhattan to visit a friend and walk through the Union Square Farmer’s Market.
Dress is linked in my profile (XS - XXL - $35)
Are you into the dress and sneakers look?

New York is not canceled! It never was and it neve New York is not canceled! It never was and it never will be. Despite the doom and gloom we hear on the news about our great city, those of us who live here are still LIVING our lives. We still have the arts, great restaurants (even if they’re at limited capacity) and our entertainment venues are soon to open again (HELLO BROADWAY!)
It’s also good news for all my fellow Pandemic Brides that plan on getting married in New York City this spring. Governor Cuomo has greenlit wedding venues to allow ceremonies (with limited capacity and some new rules).
Last night I attended the KAWS What Party Exhibit opening night at the @brooklynmuseum and it was such a delight. The museum did such a fab job with timed tickets to reduce crowding and to allow each guest to really enjoy their time there.
I felt so energized and even more creative after exploring Brian Donnelly’s work. I’m inspired to wear even more prints, more color and live boldly.
The exhibit runs through September 5 so if you live here or plan on visiting, book your tickets to check it out. You won’t be disappointed.
Have you resumed some of your favorite pastimes since quarantine rules started getting lifted? Are you ready to eat indoors? #nycforever #newyork #newyorkcity #brooklyn
