Legwear designer Emilio Cavallini is gearing up to show his sexy and sultry hosiery collection, for the first time, this inside the tents at New York Fashion Week. The fall 2012 collection, themed “Risqué Business,” inspired by the designer’s love of Florence Italy, will be a “sexy, intimate cinimatic experience” for the media lucky enough to nab a ticket to the presentation. Cavallini told Women’s Wear Daily he plans to showcase Italian artistry and the “seductive powers of legwear.”
Cavallini’s presentation will be held in the Box at Lincoln Center on February 13th from 1:30 to 2:30pm. Expect a feature film as well as models “models in “still life” vignettes inspired by the iconic pinup Bettie Page, whose naughty calender photos were ogled worldwide.”
