This just in, Forever 21, according to Women’s Wear Daily, will open its first store in France the new year. Opening January 28, 2012, the new Forever 21 store will be located in the Vélizy 2 shopping mall on the outskirts of Paris. With the recession showing zero signs of slowing down, Forever 21 will be a welcome for frugalistas and recessionistas looking to score deals on the latest trends year round. Bienvenue Forever 21!
