Lucky Magazine kicked off it’s 8th Annual Lucky Shops New York sale with a VIP shopping reception at the Highline Stages in the Meatpacking District.  The star-studded even brought out countless celebrities, socialites, fashion bloggers and both New Yorkers and out-of-towners looking to score great deals on the current season’s collections from over 100 designers, who had set-up shop in the warehouse space.  The magazine asked a few bloggers, myself included, to be ambassadors for the event.

We blogged, promoted, tweeted and did giveaways and on Friday night, we were treated to an afternoon of pampering and cocktails before the main event.  Bloom Beauty Lounge and its wonderful staff got all of us primped and prepped for our walk on the Lucky magazine pink carpet.  A big thank you to the staff, particularly Jackie, for getting my curls so Kate Middleton-esque for the event.

During the event, hundreds of women shopped and mingled with celebrities like Susan Lucci, Stephanie March, Bridget Moynahan, Abigail Breslin, Kaylee Defer, Rebecca Minkoff, Rachel Roy and my favorite person ever, Iman, who needs to give me her secrets for looking so flawless and fabulous.  Her Iman Global Chic collection was being sold at the Home Shopping Network booth during the event.

Designer Rebecca Minkoff brought along her baby, who looked absolutely adorable in a cloth carrier.  A lot of the ladies at the event want her to make it a part of her line.  Speaking of her line, it was a zoo at her booth, where shoppers went to town on scoring one of her very popular bags.

The three-day shopping event ended on Sunday, the day yours truly and my friend Kate M. raded the warehouse like bandits, scoring some fabulous deals with our lucky bucks.  Around 2pm, Yumi Kim reduced prices on all their silk dresses, tops and skirts to $35.  Needless to say, the madness was well…maddening.  Kate and I tag teamed and got a few things for ourselves and family members.  We hit up Shareen Vintage, Hunter Dixon (scored two skirts), Shoshanna (scored a gorgeous funnel neck coat for the winter), Home Shopping Network (scored Louis Roe dresses, Barr and Barr bags and jewelry), Elizabeth & James, Walter (Kate got her coveted faux fur vest) and Pour la Victoire (scored black loafers).

We made sure to hit up every single vendor, including:

* Autumn Cashmere * Charlotte Ronson * Commando * Cosabella * Decades * DL1961 Denim * Elizabeth & James * Foley + Corinna * Genetic * Geren Ford * HSN * Hunter Dixon * Marysia SWIM * Milly * Miss Me * Nicholas K * Rachel Roy * Rebecca Minkoff * Rebecca Taylor * Shareen Vintage * ShopMaluka * Shoshanna * Steven Alan * Thread Social * Tracy Reese * Trina Turk * Twinkle by Wenlan * Walter * Yumi Kim * Botkier * HSN * Kelsi Dagger * Pour La Victoire * Rachel Roy * Rebecca Minkoff * Alex Woo * Ariel Gordon Jewelry * Chan Luu * Charm & Chain * Gorjana * Helen Ficalora * HSN * Kara Ross * Lauren Wolf * Michael Spirito * Miguel Ases * Nancy Caten * Sequin
