Dolce & Gabbana Spring 2012

Nothing excited me more than 1950s silhouettes and prints, both of which were sent down the Dolce & Gabbana Spring 2012 runway.  The vibrant print skirts with motifs like peppers, eggplants and pomogranates grazed the delicate legs of models while cropped tops showed off toned midriffs.  It seems everyone is jumping on the food trend with vibrant prints that Muiccia Prada and Stella McCartney revived last season.  Hit the gym ladies, because we’re going to be showing off our tummies come spring.  You’ll be wearing your food in the form of prints, instead of eating it.
