R&B singer and X Factor judge Kelly Rowland hit the MTV Video Music Awards red carpet tonight showing off her long lean legs in a black and gold Falguni & Shane Peacock mini dress from the Fall 2011 collection. The deep plunging neckline showed off Ms. Rowland’s bronzed decolletage. She paired the feather and leather accented dress with black peep toe pumps and a black cluctch. Kelly has been rocking the her long black hair with bangs for a while but she switched up the colored liner under the eyes with soft make-up for the night.
